Former software engineer and technical leader who evolved into Product Operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design to build execution systems, improve planning rhythms, and reduce friction across teams.
I specialize in Product Operations - the systems and rhythms that help product teams operate effectively as they scale. I work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to clarify priorities, improve execution visibility, and fix the small process issues that slow teams down.
Over time, my scope expanded from hands-on engineering into execution planning, cross-functional coordination, and enabling teams to deliver consistently which led me to focus intentionally on Product Operations.
In recent roles, I’ve helped scale product execution through systems like enterprise design platforms, API-first tooling, and execution frameworks - improving developer velocity by ~30%, supporting 4,000+ users, and contributing to $2B+ in new deposits.
Outside of work, I’m an endurance runner (marathons and trail running) and active in the local running community, supporting women through training and nutrition. I’m drawn to progress that comes from consistency, feedback loops, and iteration - the same principles I bring to building strong product operations.
